      Literally nothing. I would never recommend this job or company to anyone.

      Cons

      AWFUL job with UNETHICAL owners. Do not fall for the fake reviews! (Four excellent reviews within a month? Sure.) No work/life balance and you are forced to do tasks not related to your job. Fair Housing rules are not followed.

      The work environment was great! All of my co-workers were very friendly and helpful. I gained a lot of valuable experience on the job!

      Provided housing, coworkers generally nice

      Cons

      Still the worst job I have ever had, bar none. Completely thankless and understaffed. Management abuses what little staff they have and you will get relentlessly screamed at and criticized everyday for their own incompetence. They also do a lot of sketchy/illegal things and you will be micromanaged to unfathomable extremes.
