Pros
The initial onboarding process is well-organized and welcoming. Some coworkers are friendly, helpful, and supportive. Provides opportunities to gain experience in a fast-paced work environment.
Cons
While the company initially presents itself as a positive, family-oriented, and supportive workplace, this image quickly unravels. The actual culture is highly toxic, with entrenched cliques that foster exclusion and alienate employees. Upper management is overwhelmingly negative, offering little to no constructive feedback or recognition, while frequently engaging in public criticism. Leadership’s behavior is often petty and vindictive, which severely damages morale and trust across the organization. Career advancement and fair compensation are exceedingly difficult to obtain. Employees are forced to constantly prove themselves just to be considered for basic raises, creating a stressful and unsustainable work environment. The experience ultimately bears little resemblance to the positive expectations set during onboarding. It is also important to highlight that the company attempted to manipulate its public image by creating a new Glassdoor profile to bury the original, more accurate ratings. Employees were pressured to submit positive reviews to artificially inflate the company’s reputation. Furthermore, the workplace tolerates blatantly inappropriate language and behavior, including overtly discriminatory remarks toward women and people of color, all dismissed under the excuse of fostering a “laid-back” atmosphere.
