Pros
It taught me what a bad work environment looks like.
Cons
I uprooted my life to move for this job. Was told by hiring staff what a great opportunity it would be. Arrived my first day and they forgot I was starting that day. Let's say it went downhill from there: - No training whatsoever. I basically had to rely on advice from the person sitting at the folding table next to me. - Vincent assigned 4+ major political campaigns per person. The company values quantity over quality every time and work product suffers for it. - Averaged 75+ hours in the office a week at $32K a year with no health benefits. - Extremely poor leadership and a CEO that assumes (to this day) he's a great infallible leader. - When I left for a better opportunity, CEO lectured me from a reclined position on the couch in his office, (exactly like in his twitter profile) and told me I was being "immature" and would never work in politics again. I still work in politics and have a great career, but I can't say I owe any of it to this place.
