As the company grows, so does the training program. Sometimes, there is repeated training (understandably) as new staff learn the ropes.

You get exposure to quite a few areas of digital… if you give a good first impression.

- Low pay for Miami(can move up if they like you) - Stress from toxic work environment. They will put you down and overwork you. The saying “Praise in public, critique in private” is the other way around here… unless they like you. - No Support. But don’t worry, you can CHATGPT it. - Favoritism. What it seems to all boil down to. You can get them to like you IF you consistently work past the hours they say you will. Make mistakes minimal. Bring “innovative” ideas to the table on a consistent basis. In reality, it doesn’t have to be that innovative, just something they haven’t done before and AI focused.
