Anyone in senior roles based at the croydon head office who is head of department and above aside from maybe 1 or 2 exceptions are bullies. Directors are like cartoon villains!
Everyone works in fear and it wasn’t until I left that I realised how soul destroying the place had been.
You’ll learn quickly to keep ur head down and to not speak up out of fear of being ostracised.
Apparently theres a hr department but you wouldn’t know it they don’t seem to do anything to stop these terrible working practices and happy for staff to be bullied, underpaid, and discriminated against!
Working at the federation has caused so much trauma and I’ve been left with nothing but bad memories and regret from such a toxic job! Everyone’s leaving and there’s good reasons for it!
Learn from my mistake and don’t consider a job here!! Leaving was the best thing I could have ever done!
