Pros
Being a remote worker, it has been good from a technical experience, meaning the equipment arrives at your door and the laptop is correctly loaded and tested. Security was tight and all access was correct the first time. Very nice and well trained staff and very busy.
Cons
Being in a new group, the strategic and tactical strategies, processes and responsibilities were chaotic at best. The staff and management are very helpful and well trained, there just isn't enough of them to help get acclimated and answer questions that makes new remote workers have to struggle to find their corporate way through the maze.
