Guaranteed work, typically active roles, steady work through pandemic. Work not exceptionally difficult, easy to impress leadership by being halfway decent. Great job if you’re single, looking to make money through 48-72 hour work weeks working 12 hour shifts.
Cons
Forced overtime, extremely hot in summer, no flexibility. Some positions are harder to learn than others. Most difficult positions pay highest.
