Pros
Most of the employees were nice and all felt the same.
Cons
Long hours - they say the hours are 8:30-6:30 but if you turn up on time or leave on time you will get judged and even taken into a room to get a talk about not being committed. The management was awful. They will bully and shout at you every day. They will find something funny about you and constantly hold that over you. Will not say your name correctly as they know that annoys you. They would stand over you and bark orders at you whilst you are on the phone to a client and bark orders. They say they do company holidays and social event but that never happened. They would have rewards they never gave out even when you smashed target. They blocked out the windows as they were so paranoid that other recruiters would see in and steal our clients. Which was easy enough due to their terrible reputation! No natural light in the office and you were only allowed out of the office for 15 minutes at lunch not the wonder 45 mins promised. And if I took the full time you should get shouted at. They rip off clients. Lie to candidates about the role and under pay both their employees and candidates. HUGE STAFF TURNOVER. They hire grads and if they don’t bill in four weeks you get sacked. I saw seven people get sacked in three months. Luckily I was smart enough to leave and find a great company. I feel bad for the two people they have left. If you are considering starting here I would seriously re think your options as you’ll be back on the market within a month or so.
