      Supportive working environment and achievable targets. Hybrid working.

      Cons

      Poor sickness policy. Only 8 days sick pay in a rolling year which js not at all great. Poor maternity policy too.

      The firm obviously invest a lot in their summer vac students and guide you through the process excellently. Very friendly atmosphere.

      I didn't find any downsides to working here.
