My supervisor is fair, listens to me, and often takes my advice. They provide adequate hardware. Free soda and snacks. Free parking.

There is very little management at all and when they try to manage it is not consistent. The training consisted of hours of generic corporate videos that were about standard procedures. There was no training about the products other than some rather inadequate manuals that have many typos. It is very difficult to get any information. There was a contract dispute and I had to get documentation from the customer which is embarrassing. They are losing customers and have a hard time keeping employees and don't seem to understand it is because of poor management. They pay too much attention to sales and not enough to keeping existing customers.
