      Pros

      - Everyone was super friendly and helpful when I started - It is a very tight knit family dynamic - Management was very open to new ideas and valued my input - Hourly wage gets paid to the minute I am one to show up early and leave a little late, its nice that extra time spent at work didn't go unnoticed. - They are very accommodating to the new COVID-19 circumstances. - The owner is just another friendly face that walks around and chats with everyone, he really cares about the connection with his employees.

      Cons

      - Growing pains, they are in the transition from going to small family run shop to a big CNC shop.

      Pros

      Harmonic has a great culture. Right when I started it felt like I was part of a large family team. Within a few weeks I had some great coworker relations, making me enjoy going to work everyday.

      Cons

      It can get a bit warm where I work sometimes.

      Pros

      Family-friendly and inviting company culture that differs from most manufacturing environments. Lots of opportunity to learn and grow in your respective position/career.

      Cons

      Low entry-level wages, and the shop is plagued by constant growing pains in the efforts toward getting organized.
