Pros
Huge brand and a very cool product. In IS, based on the visionary leadership of the ex-CIO, the business now has capabilities that other companies take for granted, we have personally grown by learning the best technologies (makes us very marketable IT professionals) and we have stretched our experiences globally.
Cons
Sr. Leadership doesn't seem to have the experience to execute, there is too much politics and everybody is out for themselves. From an IS perspective, when the CIO left we lost our visionary on how to continue to bring Harley into this century (from an IT perspective). Now it seems that Sr. Leadership thinks we can just keep making the remaining 30 year old systems work in this century. We just took a giant step backwards in IT.
