Almost non-existent management. I worked at this company for 8 years and never once saw an employee manual. Production sat stagnant on the shop floor for months at a time because there was no money to buy materials. I was dismissed for asking for a performance review after working five plus years without a raise and being promised a retention bonus for the better part of two years. I was also paid via live checks multiple times to to a shortage of cash to make payroll in time to submit direct deposits, which was explained away by management as "a clerical error".
