Pros

In a nice building with river views. Covered parking partially paid for by company. Opportunity to meet and get to work with some well-known local businesses. Some coworkers are very nice and knowledgeable. Always hiring. Full benefit package available. Up to date software and computer systems.

Cons

Senior management is in love with itself. (See the last review, probably written by HR or a member of senior management about how great they are). Some senior managers are borderline abusive. Turnover among staff is really high. As a result, teams are constantly understaffed and new hires are overwhelmed. It’s not unusual to see coworkers in tears from stress or from being yelled at. Daily work pressure is intense. Annual pay raises are tiny and bonuses are low, as are salaries in general. There is no Christmas bonus or party. They offer training (on the computer) but it is not tied into the job you will be doing. Job is in downtown location and traffic. Few restaurants close by. Maternity leave policy is terrible.
