Pros
Decent healthcare plans (though a bit expensive), don't need much experience to get a job here, high turnover so if you don't like who you're working with they'll likely leave.
Cons
Known in the area to pay employees the lowest salaries, disrespectful coworkers, no room for opportunities/promotion; high turnover due to these things. Require you to get licensed but expect you to study for the tests on your own time. Sharing your opinion/ideas is not only ignored, but discouraged. Would not recommend to anyone unless they couldn't find anything else or wanted to begin a (very slowly progressing) career in insurance sales. Many micro-managers whose employees wind up leaving the company as soon as possible.
