      Pros

      Wish I could remember any pros but the only positive was the day I handed in my notice.

      Cons

      Mentality of management like an episode of 'Mad Men'. Stuck in the 1960's; not interested in anyone's input but the owners who is so rude and unprofessional to his workers it is beyond words.

      Pros

      Harco is a dominant player in the Industrial machine industry. They represent name brands Which are easily recognized. They have a knowledgeable sales force with a lot of experience.

      Cons

      The leadership is clearly controlled by the owners. Dissenting opinions are not encouraged and they have all but disappeared. The salesforce is old and will need replacing in the next 12 months.

      Pros

      Strong financial position with great brand names. Excellent customer relationships but rooted in decades of sales. Easy selling.

      Cons

      Owner dominated mentality with no room for creativity. The sales team and leader are rooted in 1940 selling techniques. Not open to new ideas.
