      Pros

      The staff there is amazing, great personalities, real go-getters, easy to get a long with. Pay was good. Retirement and Benefits were good.

      Cons

      Senior Management/Management is awful and borderline toxic. There is no moving up in this company. They promote those that shouldn't be and do not take care of their hard working employees.

      Harbor Linx has a growth mindset and values hardworking employees that are team oriented. Family values are at the core of the company and leadership promotes a health work-life balance.
