      Pros

      The people make or break a business. The people working are hard working and smart. Pay is good. Apparently the stores provide a better workplace.

      Cons

      Sr. management is misguided and egotistical. Technical knowledge is not always needed by the Sr. management, but they should not try to micromanage the people that does know! A team members family does not exist to the Sr. management - family life is second in priority.

      Management has changed. Store is in chaos. I've been there nearly 4 years and I'm very unhappy with some management.
