7yWe are a continuous improvement organization, as you know from working with us, and we greatly appreciate your feedback. We will make sure to share your feedback with the appropriate Associates so they can further address any concerns you or others may have. You mentioned our owner, and though I cannot confirm what you mentioned, I can share a few things that you left out. Just a few weeks ago, we awarded hardworking teachers from across the country for their passion and commitment to education. We also awarded schools of their choosing so these institutions can continue giving back to their communities. In addition, the owner started a special foundation and its sole purpose is to give back to the communities across this great country. All of these initiatives were born from the hard work and dedication of our owner and the 20,000 HFT Associates across the country. We are also proud to recognize that our owner has paid the ever-increasing cost of HFT Associate health care four years in a row to keep our costs low. We wish you all the best on your career journey and appreciate your commitment to delivering value to the hardworking while you were an HFT Associate.
