Pros
I do not have any positive aspects to highlight from my time working here. Retaining your position may largely depend on the discretion of your manager, and if you are able to do so, consider yourself fortunate. I am relieved to have moved on from this experience.
Cons
The workplace was characterized by evident favouritism and a lack of professionalism from management. The environment often felt tense, requiring employees to be constantly walking on egg shells, extremely toxic environment, micromanagement from the manger which lost my ability to work, no work from home benefits even if they mention it during the interview you are expected to show up at the office everyday, deformation of former staff. Serious allegations on employees without any proof and when confronted you get to hear "I should have documented it better" or "I do not have any proof but I know I am right", LACK OF RESPECTFUL COMUNICATION.
