I also appreciate clear communication, supportive leadership, and a workplace culture that encourages accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

One area that could be improved is providing clearer status updates on equipment or laptop requests. For example, it would be helpful to receive confirmation such as “We have received your request” and follow-up updates on the expected timeline or next steps. This would make the onboarding process even smoother and reduce uncertainty for new team members.
