Thank you for your feedback, I am glad you enjoyed your internship experience at Hanover. We review our intern program annually including the hourly rate to ensure that we are remaining competitive with other similar programs in the DC Metro area. Our hope is always that the focus on professional development including developing writing, quantitative analysis and survey design skills remains the main attraction to the program but understand that our intern compensation needs to align with the market.
