There is no upper management. They literally sit in their respective offices all day and give zero care about department conditions, store morale, or the tasks which are supposed to be their job. Little pointless things like dress code or tardiness will get a select few fired with no equality. Major department issues are completely ignored. Ideas are implemented every month it seems with no communication with the personel who are to be the ones to use it. In fact, nowhere in multiple stores that I have worked in has there been clear communication about pretty much anything. The only concept I've been educated on is how this company loves to throw away money to show us how they are saving it. Useless.
