      Amazing team, everyone is super friendly, Rafa & James made the job genuinely a joy to do and something to look forward to each day. You are also on some amazing grounds, with great staff lunches each day.

      Pros

      The residents and other aides became a second family. Everyone is always willing to help other.

      Cons

      Management is awful. They have no clue what it's like to actually take care of the elderly and have ridiculous expectations just so they look good. The more you do the more they'll take advantage of you. Will literally hire anyone off the street and throw them on the floor after one day of training. Room to grow
