It was not a difficult place to get hired. Benefits are standard but you will need them.
Cons
Where to begin, the upper management is horrible. Owner walks around the office all day yelling and demeaning employees. He has random meetings that can last hours with no direction or any real effective work being done. Then gets angry when work is not getting done. CFO wants to run everything to the point of reading all employee email, while not responding to email directed to him. He is petty and ineffective as a manager looking to keep his job and throw others under the bus when his procedures and decisions don't work. The company constantly moves employees around to duties they were not hired for with zero training then punishes them for not performing. I once asked for a process or procedure for a new assignment and was told to write it myself. They get rid of good employees that want to make a difference and keep the yes people.
