Company truly cares about employees - Software Engineer Hammers Employee Review

This is a fairly small family-run company -- small enough that you know the owner on a first name basis, but not so small, that you can know every employee. I primarily work on-site at Goddard Space Flight Center, but when I do find myself at corporate headquarters, everybody remembers who I am, and I always walk away with a positive feeling.

About the only nitpick I can come up with is that we still have to fill out paper time sheets. If you forget to drop yours in the mailbox at the end of the pay period, you have to hoof it over to headquarters. Generally, this isn't a problem, though.

Good work with the good people

This job specifically pays somewhat low, but that is not a reflection on the Hammers company
