privacy/confidentiality-customer and employee information is not kept secured. no process in place to protect confidential information. if the system goes down an employee will take your transaction outside the branch to process somewhere else then take it home to bring it back to the branch the next day. your information is exposed lack career growth; the company is not growing with branches or expanding departments technology/system issues-this is with internal systems and services offered to customers
