*Micromanagement *To many process changes ( Hard to get comfortable doing work one way) No real system of measurement of success I was let one week after my annual raise due to lack of communication. No real pulse on whether management even with weekly meeting. No honestly and real transparency. Company Technology will become obsolete if innovation does not happen.
