Hostile Environment with Lack of Management Support - Anonymous employee Hamilton Point Investments Employee Review

Hostile, unsupported environment with no work life balance. Management would avoid escalated resident/prospect situations and leave staff to handle them alone. I was falsely accused of writing a review without proof. Benefits were mentioned but I was never enrolled, and my bonus was discussed inappropriately. Continued contact after leaving felt unprofessional.
