      Team approach with a terrific sales management team. Excellent ventilation products and customer centered approach. Great Clinical Support Team

      Cons

      Could improve their employee healthcare benefits especially for the younger employees with young children. However, every year they are making an effort to improve those benefits.

      - Managers are very supportive in getting projects completed - Open door policy for a lot of upper management - A lot of collaboration among departments

      Cons

      - Onboarding is not great, not much other than basic training - Has a small company feel, will do way more than what is in the job description
