Pros
For the most part, the majority of employees really do care and want to help patients. They do listen and are compassionate.
Cons
It’s obvious to the ones that actually work HMC’s priorities. Money first, execs second, patients third and “pizza party” for employees. Most would say I only work here cause it’s convenient and the coffee is free.
