      Pros

      Amazing colleagues, dedicated supervision from all spectrums of psychological orientations, high employee retention/low turnover, and culturally and intellectually stimulating environment.

      Cons

      Low pay, typical CMH environment (building is a bit shoddy, albeit cozy and quaint). Small downside if you’re not Asian or don’t speak Chinese.
