Pros
They pay my insurance premiums in full every month through the company funded ICHRA, they have great benefits -matching 403B, dental, vision, long term disability, short term disability, Vacation time, the hospital owns a lot of facilities, so you get a discount at Bradley Wellness Center gym. Able to cash in PAL (vacation time) in May and November every year.
Cons
There are some nice people, but most of the employees are very rude. Most of the locals do not like the hospital because you hear a lot of horror stories from patients. It makes it embarrassing to say I am an employee. Moving up is hard unless you know someone personally to give you a promotion. It is mostly based off who you know in order to move up within the company. The doctors and nurses are very rude to staff , patients and their families. They also do not pay good. Starting pay is usually anywhere between $9-10 per hour.
