If you dare to give an advice to the management about the approach on how to do something, you will not have a good time. I actually was told by other team members that I am better off not speaking to the management and just doing what I was told. The team environment is extremely toxic. Extremely high high!!! Turn over rate. Career advancement is non existent. Training is horrendous. Too much work, and no over time.
