Pros

*BIM Bureau (BIM and Drafting support group) very knowledgeable and helpful. *Generally good working hours (8:30-5pm), with comparatively low overtime relative to industry standards.

Cons

*Poor approach to winning work - very low conversion rate. *Appear to be moving away from Defence projects (despite being the only profitable sector for the company). Biting the hand that feeds it. *People and Culture (HR) clueless about what most staff do, position themselves above others, puppet to management. *Huge staff turnover in past year 2022/2023. Very few experienced colleagues to liaise with. Management uncaring (say one thing, do another) *Salary is average - make you feel not worthy of salary to not pay more.

Pros

There are a few people that are really good. If you worked in Perth, you’ll be looked after well.

Cons

If you work in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane, and didn’t come out of Perth, you have no future here. If you weren’t hired by the MD, he won’t invest in your success. All resources, including key staff and profitable projects, are prioritized for Perth success.
