People who don't tip suck

The kitchen and wait staff were a fun, youthful group and for the most part, students. The bartenders and management were older and more standoffish, but did not create unprofessional drama. The UNC basketball team would always come into eat after home games. It is a good place to get serving experience before moving on to make more money at more upscale restaurants.

The wait staff was responsible for mopping the entire kitchen at the end of the night (2 a.m. closing,) while the kitchen staff went home early. A poor "Secret Shopper" review would automatically result in an employee being fired, without a chance for explanation or redemption. An example of a poor score on a review would be failing to upsell certain items, even if the customer was obviously not interested in such a scheme.
