Pros

Everyone was like family not just a job. It was a home.

Cons

The biggest con is the company filed C11. That was so painful to have to find another job.

Pros

Beautiful clothes Great 11th floor office views of DTLA CLEAN and ORGANIZED Free parking Everything is open so you can see what is going on in every department. It's quite nice to stroll along and look at other departments on breaks. Actually expected to be doing real work and not being a coffee or food gofer. 2 days a week, 9:30am-6pm (sometimes earlier depending on work volume), no overtime allowed. Everyone seems nice. Great luxury designer label name to put on your resume. They've cleaned house and are completely rebranding/relaunching the company. There might be some job opportunities in the future with expansion.

Cons

No pay. Really wish interns were paid at least minimum wage. It may be busy work but it's still work. But this is an issue with the industry as a whole not just one company. Most don't seem interested in getting to know the interns they aren't mean just don't inquire about our lives really. Probably since we're temporary they feel like there's no point but they should know that you never know who you might work with or for in the future!
