Pros
The people were great for the most part. The atmosphere was laid-back for a while, but was changing before I quit.
Cons
-Plenty of favoritism between certain workers and managers.
-Only the company brown-nosers get advancement opportunities.
-Pay is unequal, and kept very hush hush.
-Certain managers get bent out of shape if you ask for any assistance.
-People that the managers don't like will get fired for some of the most ridiculous and irrational reasons, even if it takes them months/years to do so.
-Union is a joke, and will not represent you
-Health benefits are not good
-Too much mandatory overtime
-No regard to quality policies and procedures. Managers will tell you to run parts even if they are bad.
