Cons
It takes a lot to fire people who are bad at their jobs. Maybe it’s just my location but they’ll literally let anyone stay on even if its bad for the store. Also, the store manager/district manager relationship is that of child/parent. So you can’t really complain about your boss to their boss. It’s stuff like that that makes the company look unprofessional.
