Pros
The job is fairly simple. If you put in just a little bit of effort, you can succeed. When you're not there, you don't have to do any work or think about work, so the work/life balance is great. Gives decent healthcare.
Cons
The staff acts like they're all still in high school with ridiculous drama. The pay is OK for entry, but the raises are ridiculously slow and hard to come by. People who have worked there for ages no longer care, and start petty fights to entertain themselves. The management claims to care about harassment, and will protect from customers doing so, but will not blink an eye when a coworker is doing so to another coworker. If you're remotely a hard worker, your coworkers will have it out for you, because they don't want to put in the work, and you're making them look bad, so they'll make your life at Half Price miserable.
