Cons

Does not care about employees, lack of care about harassment from employees and management, failure to give raises when promised, will not spend money to fix problems permanently and instead forcing employees to cut corners and attempt write ups on said employees when it is not done properly.

Continuing education opportunities, bonus opportunities, fair PTO schedule, accessible corporate team

Have been making some changes and some have been harder than others. Embracing new tech has been difficult to navigate and the idea of saving time is great but it really hasn't saved us any
