      Pros

      Everyone is on the same page. There is a lot of transparency and teamwork. I appreciate feeling comfortable asking for advice and direction when needed. Management takes time to mentor their teams.

      Cons

      I can't think of anything that is even worth mentioning.

      Continuing education opportunities, bonus opportunities, fair PTO schedule, accessible corporate team

      Cons

      Have been making some changes and some have been harder than others. Embracing new tech has been difficult to navigate and the idea of saving time is great but it really hasn't saved us any
