Pros

Offers competitive compensation and maintains a decent work-life balance. Beyond that, limited positives to highlight

Cons

The product performed reliably ONLY in demo environments, but in real-world use, it generated over 98% false positives and even failed to detect sophisticated red team tools, leading to significant gaps in coverage which were not even addressed :( The team was expected to provide 24/7/365 support with just three members, resulting in severe fatigue and burnout. Despite our continuous efforts, there was no recognition, no one-on-one feedback with manager, and no opportunities for professional growth. Salary increments were nonexistent for 2 years and communication from manager was poor. The lack of strategic direction and effective management made it increasingly difficult to stay motivated or envision a future with the organization. LOST MY MOTIVATION!

Pros

Strong mission dedicated to making ransomware history and our customers protected! First class benefits including free family PPO medical, dental and vision insurance, generous equity, 401k match and remote friendly. On top of that we have an amazing fun culture!

Cons

Being a start up has it's challenges as we grow but it's been an exciting journey so far!

Pros

The pay was great and the people on the ground were really committed to the product and making it a success! Such a great product!

Cons

They have no idea how to sell or market the product or any idea of what they want to be (trust me, I've been in meetings with execs in person and they are all lost asking for advice) which has led to half the company being laid off. An elementary school kid could do better at running this but unfortunately a bunch of amateurs are in charge. They hired way too many people way too fast without any revenue to support it and then laid them all off. They'll be belly up in a year sadly
