Pros
Medical insurance. Decent 401k plan.
Cons
The only reason you should work here is if you don't speak English or can't find any other job. This place lacks professionalism, and most managers are culturally and socially ignorant. Proof? Lack of diversity. Most people who work here are middle aged Koreans who can't really speak much English and have minimal education who can't find a job at a bigger firms. Many of the boojangs (team leaders) are yangahchis who used to sell used cars. The other reviewer who said there's a low turnover must have been smoking something, because the turn over here is crazy. What's worst is that people are tossed from department to department. So one day this guy's one of the managers in sales, the next day he's the head of marketing, etc. This shows what a mess the management really is. Oh yea, and the office politics here is out of control, and the management actually encourages it. Every couple of years, someone steals large sums of money from the company and gets away with it, because incompetent managers have no clue what to do with it. Oh yea, and someone makes trouble at a sister company, they bring him here. Expect gender inequality and misbehavior from employees to go unpunished, from stealing from the company and sexual harassment. They'll just transfer the offender to one of their sister companies. Seriously, if you speak English fluently and have a four year college degree, there's no reason to come work for this place.
