      Pros

      If a company is always hiring for a 'great opportunity with a dynamic company!!!' - it's because turnover is high. I suppose a pro is that they're always hiring?

      Cons

      This is - hand down - the worst professional experience of my career. The irony is that a 'healthy' company can have such a wildly unbelievably toxic culture.

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
