An amazing bunch of people work for this organisation and deserve to be treated so much better. There are so many talented people in this organisation and it used to have a really good culture. A year ago the business was a great place to work and had an amazing MD she was positive supportive and write inspirational messages of the day.
Cons
The top team are only focussed on the profit and show no care towards the employees. It’s all about cutting costs apart from increasing departments that add no value but have a lot of status. Finance - add complexity IT- too slow and out of date HR- do exactly what they say manage humans, shown em Plath your especially at the top Improvement- it’s all about improving their ego rather than focussing on adding true value Procurement- too many lazy people in this team sales- always an excuse and someone else’s fault operations- need to be more flexible and innovative
