      Pros

      - Super nice people to work with -work load fluctuates (most of the time busy, but you do get your breaks as well) - - lots of company involvement with the community - beautiful office, especially kitchen - love my boss and the people who I work with - great salary and benefits - never been with a company that offered me vacation during my first year of working there

      Cons

      - Bickering and complaining from some people, can become repetitive and very annoying at times - Some people are the finger-pointing types, however, most people here are not

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
