There are people with potential and fun colleagues

No growth opportunity, no structure in sales organization - everything is chaotic and there is no processes and mandates for anything. Not preaching what they are selling. Not using their own solution for the company to better onboardings for example. NO diversity whatsoever, each employee is a copy paste.
