Distressed company, unorganized, constant layoffs - Senior Manager Haemonetics Employee Review

Continue to reduce benefits for the bottom line. It's all about the investors not the employees. This used to be a great company that cared for it's employees. Unfortunately, it has become a revolving door of constant change and layoffs with no direction. If you are fresh out of college and are just looking for experience, you will get it here. If you are an experienced professional, do not make the change. There are better options out there. I would not recommend this company.
