Pros
The people of this organization make it great! Everyone pulls in the same direction and together to accomplish a goal. After working in a corporate environment for many years this was a very welcome surprise. Everyone is treated with respect and kindness, although this seems like it is not that big of deal, until you have experienced a wok life without them!
Cons
It is a not for profit and budgets are smaller than what I am used to , but the pluses far out weigh the negatives!
